Sesame Cabbage Slaw

- 1 head Napa cabbage, shredded
- 3 medium-sized carrots, peeled and shaved
- 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 to 5 medium green onions, chopped*
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro*
In a medium bowl, combine the cabbage and carrots. Toss to combine. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar. Stir. Pour over vegetables and toss to combine. Garnish with green onions and cilantro, if desired* Serve immediately.
*Option not included in nutrition facts.
Tip: You can also use the dressing in this recipe for your other favorite salad blends!
