Sesame Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 head Napa cabbage, shredded
  • 3 medium-sized carrots, peeled and shaved
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 to 5 medium green onions, chopped*
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro*

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the cabbage and carrots. Toss to combine. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar. Stir. Pour over vegetables and toss to combine. Garnish with green onions and cilantro, if desired* Serve immediately.

*Option not included in nutrition facts.
