2024 outdoor APPLICATIONS open in december
Our once-per-year application period for the May to October season closed on January 15th. We spend lots of staff and committee time each winter reviewing applications, ensuring new and returning vendors meet our Sustainability Statement and other policies, and coordinating vendor schedules and site needs to create a well-rounded vendor assortment. To respect the work that goes into this process, we do not accept applications outside our annual application period.
Our online applications will re-open for the 2024 season from mid-December to mid-January. More information about vending at Mill City Farmers Market is available in our 2023 Vendor Handbook. If you are interested in applying for a future market season, you’re welcome to email a completed Pre-Application and Prepared and Value Added Food Sourcing Form to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can learn more about your business. Please note this is not the official application and you will still need to apply during our open application period listed above. We are not currently accepting new vendors for our winter markets. These markets have capacity for about half the vendors as our outdoor market. For this reason, we first open the applications to our returning vendors, and are currently at capacity.
