Enjoy a simple farmers market salad with our Chinese-inspired Sesame Dressing. Feel free to substitute other greens with the seasons!
Sesame Salad Dressing

- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp honey or sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pinch red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1 head lettuce, washed & cut into bite-sized pieces
- Thinly sliced radishes, green onions or other seasonal vegetable of choice
Combine all vinaigrette dressing and whisk together in a bowl or shake to combine in a sealed jar. Pour over lettuce and other vegetables and mix well. Serve imediately.
