Asian Sesame Snap Peas

- 4 cups sugar snap peas, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Place cut snap peas in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour this dressing over the snap peas and toss until well-coated. Enjoy at room temperature or cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
