Chef Susan Dietrich and her partner Gary Robertson create artisanal pantryfare inspired by the seasons of the Northern Heartland. Find homemade pies, pasta, crackers, mashmallows and so much more at  the Very Prairie booth at the market. All or their ingredients are chosen for excellence, flavor, least processing and closest availability. With few exceptions, everything is organic. All Very Prairie products are made in small batches and are exclusively sold at Mill City Farmers Market.
