MCFM vendor Maazah Chutney is a Minneapolis-based mom and 3 daughter team of Yasameen, Sheilla, Nasreen and Fatima Sajady offering bright, bold Afghan-style ccondiments. Both the chutneys and aioli are full of cilantro and ginger, making them go-to condiments for anything (grilled meats, roasted vegetables, tacos, fancy toasts, grain bowls…). Here’s a simple recipe to get you started!
Smashed Potatoes with Maazah Vegan Aioli

- Olive oil (or substitute vegetable or sunflower oil)
- Small, round potatoes (any variety)
- Salt, to taste
- Maazah Chutney Vegan Aioli
Preheat oven to 450 and lightly oil a baking sheet. Boil potatoes until tender.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet and flatten with a fork or masher. Drizzle with oil and season with salt.Bake until golden and crispy (about 20 minutes, depending on size).
Serve with Maazah Vegan Aioli and enjoy!
