Heritage Breads artisan bakery makes a variety of breads using all organic ingredients in addition to only using organic heritage grains from Sunrise Flour Mill. They offer white, wheat, pumpernickel, and chocolate fruit loaves; pretzels, baguettes, flat breads, and much more at the Mill City Farmers Market.

Heritage Breads have built their business on a simple model: provide customers with top-quality, organic Heritage Non- GMO products and maintain a network of people who know us and keep coming back

Lead baker and owner of Heritage Breads Jonathan Kaye has over 30 years of experience in the food industry as an executive level chef and chef instructor. Australian native, his work has taken him from Union Square Café in New York to W.A. Frost in St. Paul. Chef Kaye has instructed over a thousand students how to cook during a 15 year tenure at Le Cordon Bleu Institute.  He is perhaps best known for his award winning sushi class at Cooks of Crocus Hill.
