Lead baker and owner of Heritage Breads Jonathan Kaye has over 30 years of experience in the food industry as an executive level chef and chef instructor. Australian native, his work has taken him from Union Square Café in New York to W.A. Frost in St. Paul. Chef Kaye has instructed over a thousand students how to cook during a 15 year tenure at Le Cordon Bleu Institute. He is perhaps best known for his award winning sushi class at Cooks of Crocus Hill.
