'Veggie Pho' Cocktail
- 2 large basil leaves, plus 10-14 ripped up basil leaves
1 1⁄2 ounces basil simple syrup
3 ounces Claro Vodka from Twin Spirits Distillery
1 ounce lime juice
- 4 dashes orange bitters
2 slices of jalapeño
Prepare two lowball glasses with ice and a large basil leaf in each. Combine syrup, vodka, lime juice, biters and ripped basil leaves into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill. Strain into glasses and garnish with a slice of jalapeño.
