‘Veggie Pho’ Cocktail

The signature cocktail for the 2018 Harvest Social Benefit, made with charcoal filtered Claro Vodka from Twin Spirits Distillery. Makes 2 drinks.

Ingredients

  • 2 large basil leaves, plus 10-14 ripped up basil leaves
  • 1 1⁄2 ounces basil simple syrup
  • 3 ounces Claro Vodka from Twin Spirits Distillery
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 4 dashes orange bitters
  • 2 slices of jalapeño

Method

Prepare two lowball glasses with ice and a large basil leaf in each. Combine syrup, vodka, lime juice, biters and ripped basil leaves into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill. Strain into glasses and garnish with a slice of jalapeño.
