Northern Fires makes pizza, breads, and other wood fired treats using fresh market veggies, cheese, meat, and even pizza dough in their mobile wood fired oven. They source all of their fresh ingredients within Minnesota and Wisconsin. In fact, the majority of their ingredients come directly from our Mill City Farmers Market vendors: Loon Organics, Red Table Meat, Cosmic Wheel Creamery and Sunrise Flour Mill.

Northern Fires pizzas showcase local, seasonal ingredients from the crust up. Arie Peisert, former sous chef at the Bachelor Farmer Restaurant, relies upon his years of international wood oven experience to share their delicious creations with you each Saturday. Northern Fires creates the most direct connection of local, seasonal foods to the consumers.
