Ames Farm, located in Delano, Minnesota, was established in 1994 by Brian Fredericksen. Brian and his team produce raw, Grade-A single-source honey collected from a variety of floral sources in Minnesota. As part of the important pollinator relationship they also grow 20 varieties of apples and 3 varieties of pears, which they bring to the market in the fall. As beekeepers they also sell comb honey and beeswax candles.
