Mill City Cooks
10 to 10:15 a.m. – Learn fundamental cooking skills, including selection, prep and storage for seasonal farmers market vegetables and more in the train shed patio.
10:30 to 11 a.m. – Join us for our chef-led cooking class offered every Saturday in the train shed patio, inspiring you to make your #WeeklyMarketMeal. This Saturday, market chef Nettie Colón will be making a seasonal dish using ingredients from the market. Samples and recipe cards are available at each demo—or check out our recipe archive!

8 a.m. to 11 a.m. – KBEM Jazz88 “Bluegrass Saturday Morning” live broadcast from the Market!
11 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Steam Machine will be playing Americana string band music in the green music tent by the Guthrie stairs.
Power of Produce
Power of Produce “PoP“ veggie tasting club is at the information booth every week! Kids ages 3-12 can earn a $2 token to spend on fruits and veggies by tasting a local, seasonal vegetable, as a way to empower kids to make healthy eating decisions. Learn more.
