Owner Heidi Skoog uses the best local fruit she can find to make Serious Jam–often fruit and herbs from farmers who are selling next to her at farmers markets! She loves to make those connections and be able to tell someone that the jam they are eating is from a local farmer’s land. Using organic cane sugar, high quality spices, liqueurs, and spirits, Heidi makes well-balanced, not-too-sweet jam with flavors like sweet curry grape and maple brandy apple. Try using Serious Jam as an ingredient in cooking or cocktails instead of the standard (but delicious) toast with jam!
