3LECHE’s mission is to build radical relationships and make dope shit. We are a group of service industry professionals that have banded together to start a fermentation company. We’re a hub of creativity, invention, and innovation. In late 2021, we moved into the Food Building and are currently spinning up lots of new products, including a line of fermented botanical beverages, various beverages and culinary products made with waste from Food Building makers, and a full suite of nonalcoholic beverages.
