Our once-per-year application period for the 2026 Season is open through January 15th.
All MCFM vendors must review and agree to meet our Sustainability Statement and Local Sourcing Standard, and all prepared food vendors and value-added food makers must submit an Ingredient Sourcing Form with their application. Please review our Vendor Handbook for requirements around permits, licensing, and fees. If you need a verbal or written format, or any alternative language, email sarah@millcityfarmersmarket.org or leave a voicemail at 612-341-7580.

We spend lots of staff and committee time each winter reviewing applications, ensuring new and returning vendors meet our policies, and coordinating vendor schedules and site needs to create a well-rounded vendor assortment. To respect the work that goes into this process, we do not accept applications outside of our annual application period.
