2026 VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN!

Our once-per-year application period for the 2026 Season is open through January 15th.

All MCFM vendors must review and agree to meet our Sustainability Statement and Local Sourcing Standard, and all prepared food vendors and value-added food makers must submit an Ingredient Sourcing Form with their application. Please review our Vendor Handbook for requirements around permits, licensing, and fees. We spend lots of staff and committee time each winter reviewing applications, ensuring new and returning vendors meet our policies, and coordinating vendor schedules and site needs to create a well-rounded vendor assortment. To respect the work that goes into this process, we do not accept applications outside of our annual application period. Winter Market vendors

We have room for about 40 vendors at our indoor markets from November through April (as opposed to 75+ at the outdoor summer market), so we offer these spaces to current vendors only. Thank you for your understanding!

Application FAQ’s

How much does it cost to vend at Mill City Farmers Market?

Booth prices vary by booth size, vendor type and other booth requirements (eg. electricity, parking, etc.) Please read our Vendor Handbook for the most accurate price descriptions.

Is there room for my business to vend at your market this Saturday?

The Mill City Farmers Market opens its applications for the outdoor market season from mid-December to mid-January each year. We do not accept vendors outside of this time frame, but we would love to learn more about your business if you email a completed New Vendor Interest Form (and Ingredient Sourcing Form if applicable) to info@millcityfarmersmarket.org.

Insurance

Q: MCFM is the only market or similar event I am applying to for the year. Buying an insurance policy would solely be for MCFM, and if I was not selected I would just have to cancel the policy. Can I delay providing proof of insurance until the vendor selections are made?

A: Yes, you may delay providing proof of insurance until you are admitted into the market.

Tabling

Q: I would like to table at MCFM for one Saturday representing a non-profit community group/small business. Where can I find more information?

A: MCFM occasionally has space for Community Booths at our outdoor markets to promote the work of other local non-profits and community organizations. To learn more about Community Booths, click here. Businesses may also be interested in supporting the market further by becoming a market partner.
