Vikings and Goddesses Pie Company is small, woman-owned wholesale bakery based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. By utilizing small farms and Minnesota-based businesses, their baked goods highlight the best of what the Twin Cities has to offer. V&G’s pies are always made with Hope Creamery butter and flour from fellow vendor, Baker’s Field Flour. They also work with local farmers and local food hub, The Good Acre to utilize seconds and surplus crops to minimize food waste.
At the market, Rachel and her partner Yoji sell seasonal and staple whole pies, hand pies and pie by the slice as well as frozen take-and-bake pastries and pie crusts. Despite what name suggests, Vikings and Goddesses Pie Company also makes a variety of breakfast pastries like croissants, seasonal danishes, and muffins now available at every Mill City Farmers Market.
