Since 2007 Veronica Anczarski, owner and bread maker at Solomon’s Bakery, has been in the business of making high-quality baked goods with simple, preservative-free ingredients. Her European-style bakery just north of Minneapolis in New Brighton is where she bakes her wide variety of pastries, breads cookies and more which she and her family bring to the Mill City Farmers Market every Saturday. In addition to the market, Veronica sells to many grocery stores and wholesale accounts including many local co-ops.
