Señoras de Salsa is a Minneapolis-based company producing salsa and empowering Latina women. Their products are fresh, healthy and local–unlike your standard American chunky salsa. They are blended smooth and some even have a touch of high quality olive oil for delightfully creamy texture. Señoras de Salsa source their produce from small Minnesota growers through The Good Acre.

The role of sustainability in our business is chiefly related to social equity and economic sustainability for the women we work with. Hispanic women make 56 for very dollar a white male makes. Our missions is to economically empower Latina women. We also source produce from The Good Acre food hub which sources largely from minority and low-income local farmers. Additionally, we hope to use our presence at the MCFM to help educate consumers about Mexican culture through recipes and conversation.”
