Heirloomista is a woman-owned and operated farm that uses Biodynamic practices and saves a whole lot of seed. Kelsey’s farm is off-grid, as sustainability is behind much of how she approaches life on and off the farm. She grows fresh produce, herbs and pastured chicken in the summer months and also makes value-added products from the farm that are available year round.
