French Nugget Company is owned and operated by Fred and Laurie Golchin. In 2007, inspired by their time in southern France, the couple created French Nugget Company and sell lavender essential oil and mists, herbs de Provence, food-grade lavender as well as fresh and dried lavender bouquets at the Mill City Farmers Market and, starting in 2018, the International Bazaar at the State Fair.
Fred and Laurie import their lavender from a small family farm in Provence, France and they also grow lavender in Burnsville, Minnesota.
