Moroccan Beef Patties

Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs Sunshine Harvest Farm grass-fed ground beef*
- 2 scallions, green and white parts*, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg*, beaten
- 1 cup of fresh minced herbs* (combination of mint, cilantro, and parsley)
- Zest of ½ lemon
- ½ cup Singing Hills feta cheese*, minced (NOTE: Bonus if you get the Curry Feta!)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Fresh cracked black pepper
- Grilled seasonal vegetables* (we like kohlrabi, garlic scapes and zucchini at this time of year)
- Ghee* from Gorkha Palace

Instructions
Preheat your grill. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together carefully. Gently make into patties.
Oil your grill, and cook Moroccan Beef Patties about 3 minutes per side, depending on heat of your grill, size of patties, and desired doneness. Serve patties alongside grilled vegetables tossed in ghee.
