Inkakaw Hazelnut Chocolate Spread on Grilled Baguette

Ingredients
- 1 jar Inkakaw Hazelnut Chocolate Spread from San Jose Chocolate Minneapolis
- 1 baguette, split lengthwise from Baker’s Field & Flour or another crusty local bread
- Hazelnut oil from American Hazelnut Company or a good quality olive oil
- Coarse sea salt
- ½ cup chopped toasted hazelnuts from American Hazelnut Company
Instructions
Preheat your gas grill, or if using a charcoal grill, allow coals to reach medium high heat. Drizzle the baguette with olive oil, and place cut side down on the grill for 1 minute, or until nicely charred. Spread the warm baguette with Inkakaw spread, drizzle with more olive oil, and sprinkle with coarse salt and toasted hazelnuts. Serve warm.
If you don’t have a grill, an oven broiler turned to high heat will also work well.
