Chocolate Cinnamon Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 cups zucchini, grated and drained of excess liquid
- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla
- ½ to 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine flour, cinnamon, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Set aside. Combine zucchini, oil, eggs and vanilla in a separate bowl. Pour into dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour in a bread tin, and bake for 60 minutes.
