MCFM is seeking a Program Manager to manage its portfolio of interconnected programs, including community education, food access initiatives and grant making for small, sustainable farms and local food producers. The Program Manager plays a critical role in advancing the mission of MCFM by maintaining a vibrant community gathering place where vendors prosper and by building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, shoppers, program, and grantee partners.

Our Team

The Mill City Farmers Market is run by a team of 5 full-time and 10+ part-time staff members who manage everything from vendor applications and assortment, permits and licensing, food access, programming, market setup, community events and more!

• Development Committee and Harvest Social Planning Committee support our fundraising efforts and the work of the Charitable Fund.
• Vendor Application Review Committee and Art Market Review Committee are composed of local food and art professionals, vendors and community members who review vendor applications each season.
• Vendor Advisory Committee is made up of vendors from each category of vendors (farmers, food makers, artists and prepared food) to gain equitable and diverse feedback and support decision making around market policy and other important issues.
• Next Stage Grant Application Review Committee is made up of former grant recipients & local farmers, agricultural finance experts, local market managers, board members & MCFM staff members who review Next Stage Grant applications each spring to make funding recommendations based on our organizational mission of supporting local and sustainable farmers.
