The Mill City Farmers Market is run by a team of 5 full-time and 10+ part-time staff members who manage everything from vendor applications and assortment, permits and licensing, food access, programming, market setup, community events and more!

Advisory Committees
Staff and our Board of Directors are aided by several committees. If you are interested in serving on one of our volunteer committees, please contact info@millcityfarmersmarket.org.
- Development Committee and Harvest Social Planning Committee support our fundraising efforts and the work of the Charitable Fund.
- Vendor Application Review Committee and Art Market Review Committee are composed of local food and art professionals, vendors and community members who review vendor applications each season.
- Vendor Advisory Committee is made up of vendors from each category of vendors (farmers, food makers, artists and prepared food) to gain equitable and diverse feedback and support decision making around market policy and other important issues.
- Next Stage Grant Application Review Committee is made up of former grant recipients & local farmers, agricultural finance experts, local market managers, board members & MCFM staff members who review Next Stage Grant applications each spring to make funding recommendations based on our organizational mission of supporting local and sustainable farmers.
