Arugula, asparagus, beans (dried), beets, baby bok choy, broccolini, carrots, chili peppers (dried), cucumbers, green beans, green onions, herbs (fresh), kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, microgreens, mushrooms (fresh, frozen, dried), nettles, radishes, rhubarb, salad mix, snap peas, squash blossoms, strawberries, Swiss chard, tomatoes (cherry), turnips (hakurei, salad) and zucchini.
The produce guide is our best estimate but, due the variable nature of farming, not guaranteed!

10:30 to 11 a.m. – Join us for our chef-led cooking class offered every Saturday in the train shed patio, inspiring you to make your #WeeklyMarketMeal. This Saturday, market chef Heather Meyer will be making Blended Mushroom Burgers and all beef burgers for a taste test with The Mushroom Council.

Nutrition and Public Health students lead our Meet Your Vegetables demonstrations at the top of the Chicago Mall, near Spoonriver restaurant. Discover creative, simple ways to prepare seasonal produce and walk away with a delicious sample and recipe card complete with nutrition information! Learn more.
Power of Produce
Power of Produce “PoP“ veggie tasting club is at the information booth every week! Kids ages 3-12 can earn a $2 token to spend on fruits and veggies by tasting a local, seasonal vegetable, as a way to empower kids to make healthy eating decisions. Learn more.
