Community Emergency Service is a non-profit organization that runs a number of food programs for Minneapolis residents. We are looking for a variety of volunteers to help us in our mission to provide nutritious food to people in the Phillips community, which is the poorest community in Minneapolis.

The Friends of the Minneapolis Central Library provides accessible information on services and programs of this iconic community resource. Visit with staff and volunteers, play our Trivia Wheel game, win a free book and get a library card if you do not have one.
