Apples. artichoke, arugula, beans (dried), beets, bitter balls (African eggplant), bok choy, broccoli, broccoli rabe, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, collard greens, cucumbers, eggplant, fennel, garlic, green beans, ground cherries, herbs, kale, kohlrabi, leeks, lettuce, melon, microgreens, mushrooms (fresh, frozen, dried), okra, onions, pears, peppers (hot, sweet), plums, potatoes, radishes, salad mix, shallots, spinach, summer squash, strawberries, sweet corn, Swiss chard, tomatoes (cherry, slicers), tomatillos, turnips (hakurei, salad), winter melon, winter squash and zucchini.

9 to 10 a.m. – As part of the Market’s mission to grow a healthier community, we’ve partnered with local neighborhood yoga studios to offer free outdoor yoga classes! 9:10 & 9:40 a.m. – Join Guthrie Theater actor H. Adam Harris on the blue mats in our green music tent by the Guthrie stairs for 20-minute theatrical readings of his favorite children’s books!
Mill City Cooks
10 to 10:15 a.m. – Learn fundamental cooking skills, including selection, prep and storage for seasonal farmers market vegetables and more in the train shed patio.
10:30 to 11 a.m. – Join us for our chef-led cooking class offered every Saturday in the train shed patio, inspiring you to make your #WeeklyMarketMeal. This Saturday, market chef Heather Meyer will be making a seasonal dish with The Mushroom Council!

11 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Nick Jordan & Michael Keyes will be playing Americana bluegrass tunes in the green music tent by the Guthrie stairs.
Power of Produce
Power of Produce “PoP“ veggie tasting club is at the information booth every week! Kids ages 3-12 can earn a $2 token to spend on fruits and veggies by tasting a local, seasonal vegetable, as a way to empower kids to make healthy eating decisions. Learn more.
