We understand that shopping locally isn’t always the most convenient or the cheapest. However, when you buy locally grown vegetables, handmade bread and pasture-raised eggs, you are paying for the whole cost of the product. Local, sustainable farmers and makers don’t externalize the costs onto the environment, our community’s health or themselves. Shopping local also has many other benefits.
This Saturday, December 15 is our final market of 2018, and we hope you are able to come buy your trees & wreaths, gifts and groceries from our local farmers and makers. As our way of thanking you for shopping local, MCFM staff will be offering complimentary gift wrapping from 10 to 1 this Saturday!
