Salty Tart is a tiny bakery with big dreams and lots of attitude.  Located in the Midtown Global Market, we’re open 7 bustling days a week. Baking and production happen daily, so everything is always fresh! It’s a bit of work, but we take pride in what we do. We offer a variety of sweet and savory breakfast pastries, artisan breads, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, buttercream by the pint, and of course, the increasingly popular, coconut macaroon.

2011 brought the opportunity to participate in the Mill City Farmers Market for the last half of the season. We had such a good time we’re excited to declare our 2012 season-long stay at the Market!

Salty Tart will have seasonally inspired sweet and savory pastries, croissants, cookies, macaroons, and multiple rustic bread choices as well as those crazy good Milk Bread buns for all your BBQ desires.
