About Aunt Else’s Æbleskiver
Aunt Else’s Æbleskiver was established in 2008 by Lisa (Henriksen) Timek, Linda (Henriksen) Engwall, Sarah Engwall, and Chad Gillard. Lisa & Linda are Else’s nieces, Sarah is Linda’s daughter. Chad was captivated after seeing æbleskiver made for the first time and can’t get enough of them!
