Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 apples, cored, sliced, and chopped
- 1 bunch chard
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Wash chard, remove stems, and chop (2-inch pieces or so is ideal).
Heat butter or oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat.
Add the apples and onions, and saute for a minute or two.
Add the chard, and stir-fry for another few minutes, until everything is heated through, and the chard takes on a beautiful green color.
Season with vinegar, salt and pepper, and enjoy!
