Orange Curry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 medium shallot, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup champagne vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cup canola oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Method

Add all ingredients except the oil in a blender.

Slowly add the oil while blending until the mixture is emulsified.
