Nutrition Tips

Zucchini, a member of the squash family, is rich in antioxidants as well as vitamin A (especially the golden variety) and a good source of potassium. When preparing, keep the skins on for added fiber!

Fresh, tender zucchini can be eaten raw in salads, or plain as a snack. Zucchini’s delicate flavor pairs well with many flavors and can be made sweet or savory.
